Sam was very helpful to double-check if my Primary Care Physician (PCP) was in Network. Once confirmed that he was not in network, we moved on with the rest of the application form. Electronic signatures are a lot easier to use these days compared to printing the form, signing it and faxing it back. This PPO does have the added benefit of seeing whoever I wanted for a reasonable cost. Nothing is free. I intend to use the Silver Sneakers. This Devoted Medicare PPO covers Health, Dental, Vision, Hearing and does offer a generous Cash Back.
